RCC Student Email

The RCC e-mail system is Office365. There, you will be able to access Email, use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), access your calendar and utilize other Office365 tools available on the website. 

Logging into your RCC E-mail account for the first time: 

• Go to https://go.rcc.mass.edu. You will be prompted for your username and Student ID #. This information will be in the tech letter you received from RCC.
• You will be prompted to create a password that you can easily remember.
  
  • Passwords must:
    1. Be at least 12 characters long
    2. Include both upper- and lower-case letters
    3. Include a number (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0) or a special character (! @ # $ % ^ & * ) 
    4. Do not use any part of your name. 

• Once you access the Home page, click on Outlook to access your email  

NOTE: All RCC systems use the same username and password, so it is very important that you always remember your credentials.
